About: the why

2010!  A new year, a whole new set of photos.  I’m again tossing the guidelines out the window.  I’m a macro lover, so I will probably still shoot a ton of macro.  But, people are too much of a big joy- they will be included more this year.  If it’s joyful- I’m snapping a photo!  I’m going to try to push the creativity when I can too.

Fall 09: I’m ditching the guidelines.  If it makes me happy- I’m taking a photo.

 I love the simple things in life, taking photos, and words… hence…. Create Joy 2009.

Goal: To daily document the simple things in life which bring joy.

Guidelines: to be loosely followed…
#1 Must be something “simple” in some regards.
#2 No overt pictures of people (hands, feet, eyes, etc. acceptable)
#3 Mainly close-ups and/or small scale.
#4 Subjects can be repeated, but shots must be unique.
#5 Will include a definition, quote, or reference of some sort.
